Artichoke hearts are wonderful! We also love making quick and simple appetizers with artichokes, like this delicious spread made with cream cheese and Parmesan.

INGREDIENTS
10 pkg. crescent rolls
¾ (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
¾ Parmesan cheese
½ Miracle Whip
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS

Unroll dough; press into bottom and sides of 15 x 10 pan

Bake at 375

Combine all ingredients; spread over crust and bake at 375

Let stand 5 minutes and cut into pieces
