1 cup cornmeal1 cup flour4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 cup sugar1 egg1 cup milk1/4 cup melted butterInstructions:1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.2. Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk and butter.4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.5. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
