An authentic Lebanese dish made with green broad beans and olive oil is called foul akhdar bi zeit. Unintentionally, this meal is vegan.

 113 g Broad beans (frozen, also called Fava beans)
 2 ¾ Garlic cloves
  cup Coriander (chopped)
 ¼ tsp Salt
  tsp Sugar (white)
  tbsp Olive oil

Bring some water to a boil on high heat, add the sugar and stir. Add the broad beans and leave them to boil on high heat until cooked (about 20-25 minutes). Do not cover.

Put the broad beans in a pot with the olive oil, crushed garlic, coriander and salt and mix. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
