 1 ea 8 oz. can tomato sauce
 2 tb Crushed red chili
 ½ ts Cumin powder
 ½ ts Oregano
 1 ts Salt
 2 ea Garlic cloves, minced (or
 ¼ ts Garlic powder)
 2 ts Vinegar
 1 ea Juice of half a lemon

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Let stand for 3 hours.

Excellent withtacos or as a dip for tortilla chips.
