Pesto spaghetti is a dish made with spaghetti noodles and a pesto sauce. The pesto sauce is made with basil, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
1 c Parsley, minced
2 tb Water, boiling
1 tb Basil
¾ c Cheese, parmesan
1 ts Salt
1 lb Spaghetti, thin
⅛ ts White pepper
¼ c Pignoli, minced -
2 Garlic, minced, cloves
chopped walnuts
2 tb Butter
½ c Salad oil

Cook spaghetti as package directs and drain well.

Combine all ingredientsin a bowl and pour over spaghetti.

Finely chopped walnuts can besubstituted for pignoli.

Serve with parmesan cheese.
