Salsa de Chile Chipotle is a traditional Mexican salsa made with roasted chili peppers, tomatoes, and onions. It is typically served as a condiment or side dish.

1 ea onion, finely chopped
½ ts oregano
1 ea clove garlic, chopped
1 ds salt, pepper
2 tb oil
½ ts sugar
2 ea tomatoes
1 ea Canned chipotle to taste

Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped.

Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown.
